Ahmed & Jessica had a few locations in mind for their engagement session, and they just happened to be some of my favourite places in the city! We started off at Pizza Libretto & snagged a table by the front window. These two ordered pizza and just enjoyed each other’s company while I was all sneaky with my camera! If you haven’t eaten there before I HIGHLY suggest it. Their pizza is just so yummy!
Next stop was Trinity Bellwoods Park for some more intimate photographs of these two lovebirds. I absolutely love the way Ahmed looks at Jessica – it just melts my heart! Here’s the proposal story from Ahmed that I just had to share:
“We had planned a camping trip at Bruce Peninsula National park where we had to hike a treacherous 10km in the back country to our beautiful waterfront camping spot. The next day, I had setup 30 tea light candles in a heart shape right at our campsite with the words ” Marry Me? ” (cut out from red bristol board) Jess was on the pebble waterfront reading a book and had asked me to grab something from the tent. When I didn’t’ return quickly she came up to investigate and found me with my new shirt and a ring to propose. She said YES!”
How freaking romantic is that?! Ahh!
Of course we couldn’t end the session with out going to Nathan Phillips Square for some skating. Skating! Skating! I love skating! Even though the ice was melting a whole bunch that day, we still made the best of it and enjoyed ourselves.
Looking forward to your wedding in July you two!

Thank you Pizza Libretto for being so awesome and allowing us to shoot inside!
