Niagara Botanical Gardens – Marc & Julia

This was my first time photographing at the Niagara Botanical Gardens and wow – it’s so pretty there you have to visit! Marc & Julia’s engagement session was SO full of romance! They were effortlessly in love & it was super hard choosing photographs for this blog post!! We walked around to a ton of incredibly pretty spots like the pathway down a row of lined trees you’ll see below. The bees were buzzing, the breeze was cool & steady, and the light.. was incredible. We planned the session about 2 hours before sunset which allows for that nice golden light to add that sparkle to their photos!

Getting to know my couples is so important to me so I send out an engagement questionnaire before our session. I think this question below is one of the favourite ones I love to read!

What do you each love about each other?

Marc is my best friend. I love how he knows me better then I know myself. He is always there for me and very helpful. I love that even after six years I look forward to seeing / talking to him at the beginning and end of my day. It was an instant connection I knew from the moment we started talking that he would be my husband one day.

Julia means the absolute world to me and I would do anything for her to ensure she’s always happy and enjoying herself. I do whatever I can to help her out and provide guidance. Julia is my best friend, I can’t wait to see her every weekend and spend time with her and her amazing family. I knew from the beginning that one day I would be asking Julia to marry me!

Ahhhh how sweeet!!!! I’m so looking forward to your September wedding you two!!
