Hi, I'm Caitlin
I photograph weddings with structure, intuition, and a steady presence.
This is my 14th year documenting full wedding days - timelines shifting, emotions rising, light changing. I’ve learned how to anticipate what’s coming before it happens.
On your wedding day, I’m calm in the chaos and intentional in the quiet moments. I’ll guide you when you need direction, adjust when plans shift, and step back when the moment deserves space.

My collections begin with 8 hours of coverage because that’s typically the beginning point that it takes to document a traditional wedding day thoughtfully. From there, we adjust as needed. Some celebrations need more time, and I build coverage around what your day actually looks like - not a one-size-fits-all formula.

Eight hours covers most wedding days beautifully however if you have multiple locations, we should talk about what that timing looks like.
If you need additional time - rehearsal dinner, multi-day celebrations, day-after gatherings - custom coverage is available.

How much does wedding photography cost in Southern Ontario?
Wedding photography pricing varies based on experience, coverage length, and deliverables. My wedding collections begin at $4,800 +HST for 8 hours of coverage. Additional hours, engagement sessions, albums, and multi-day coverage are available.
Do you use a second shooter?
Most weddings are photographed by me alone. My approach is intentional and structured so nothing meaningful gets missed. If your wedding requires additional coverage due to size or logistics, we can discuss options.
Do you travel outside Toronto?
Yes. I photograph weddings throughout Southern Ontario, including Toronto, Hamilton, Niagara, Cambridge, KW, the GTA, and surrounding regions. Travel within Southern Ontario is included in full wedding collections.
Do you offer engagement sessions?
Yes. Engagement sessions are available as an add-on or within select collections. They’re a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera before your wedding day.

Is 8 hours enough for a full wedding day?
Eight hours is typically a strong foundation for a traditional wedding day - from getting ready through the start of the dance floor. Some celebrations require 10 hours or more, especially multi-cultural weddings or extended timelines. I help you determine the right coverage based on your specific schedule.
Do you help with our timeline?
Yes. Timeline guidance is included with every wedding collection. I help structure the day so we account for light, transitions, family portraits, and realistic pacing - which keeps things calm and organized.
How many images will we receive?
Every wedding is different, but you can expect a fully curated gallery that reflects the complete story of your day. I focus on quality, cohesion, and storytelling - not inflating numbers for the sake of volume.
What if we feel awkward in photos?
That’s completely normal. You don’t need modeling experience. I guide you naturally throughout the day so your photos feel elevated but never stiff. Most couples tell me they were surprised by how comfortable they felt.
